Had opted for flex i check in option, had to argue that i have opted for flex i checkin option and i new needed the room from 8am, but the guy in the reception was rude, water bottle which is 20rs is being sold for 30rs. It's a good stay for a quick refresh but not at the cost of 1. 5k. No

Cockroach in the bathroom, toilet seat broken, no hot water. Only advantage nearby railway station.

Not clean, cockroaches roaming around everywhere on the room, no mosquito net for windows, bed was pathetic, I literally slept on the floor for whole night with fear of cockroaches

We booked the ac room and it was leaking water and sometimes ice also. The washrooms were also terrible. Not at all worth 2k which we paid
